Subject Overview
We live at a time when our media is playing an ever-greater role in our lives, expanding our knowledge, dominating our work and our leisure and increasingly influencing our thinking and ideas – for good and for ill.
We offer courses that will help students to understand how the media and film industries work, developing analytical abilities and teaching new design skills. Students learn how to use professional technologies, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, to plan and produce detailed media texts, as well as gaining insight into the workings of our growing creative industries.
