Accessing the School System
To enable us to assist you as efficiently please give as much information as possible when contacting us. This includes the platform you are trying to access, a description of the problem and any error messages you may receive.

If you are trying to access a subject specific platform such as SENECA or MyMaths and attempts to reset your password via their website has been unsuccessful please contact your Subject teacher in the first instance.

Resetting your password from home

We now have a facility which allows you to reset your school password from home. This requires using a personal email address (which can be a parent/carer’s) and will need to be set up in advance of forgetting your password. Please see the guide below for how to use this facility.

School emails and Teams

Your school email is your username followed by The password is your usual school computer password

Teams, whether online or as an app, uses your school email address and password to log on.

For trouble accessing school emails, please do not click the forgotten password link on the sign in page but instead go to the intranet and click on the Forgot password? button and follow the instructions.
