On behalf of the Oriel High School community, I offer hearty congratulations to our Year 13 students on their amazing achievements. Their superb results are so impressive as has been their attitude and approach to their preparations for these examinations. As is well known, these were the first external, public examinations in three years and there was some uncertainty about whether these examinations would go ahead and if so, in what format. Our students demonstrated a resilience and a determination to achieve well which has been reflected in these fantastic results. Our students are a credit to their families, our school and most importantly to themselves. I should like to take this opportunity to thank our families for their support and our staff for their hard work and dedicated commitment to our students. Once again, I congratulate our students on behalf of our school community and wish them every happiness and success for the future.
